​Joseph DeCarolis, Jr.

Joseph J. DeCarolis Jr. is the owner of DeCarolis Insurance Agency which he established in 1987 with his wife, Lisa. His expertise in auto, home and business insurance, allows him to provide and customize the best possible coverage available to customers. Joe treats his employees and insureds like family ensuring their satisfaction, which is his goal. Joe graduated from University of Lowell in 1984 with a business major and worked for Champa Insurance before opening DeCarolis Insurance Agency. Making a positive contribution to our community was instilled in him at an early age which he has taken very seriously and is committed to this philosophy. His involvement and dedication have played a major role with several organizations. He serves as a corporator for Avidia Bank and coached football at Leominster High School (his alma mater) for many years. Fondly referred to as “coach,” many former players continue to express their affection for him and assert that he has made a valuable difference in their lives. The agency’s philanthropic contributions have benefited many local charities, organizations and families which he is very proud of. When Joe is not in the office, you can find him relaxing at Wells Beach or cheering at a New England Patriots game. He also enjoys golfing, going to Disney and spending time with his family, many friends and two dogs, Bella and Brady.
