COVID-19 Updates

Effective 6/1/2020:
Suspension of walk-ins are still in effect but we are back to our regular hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

If you feel that you need to come into the office, please give us a call to discuss
and if necessary, we will set up 
a time that is convenient.
*MASKS ARE MANDATORY PER STATE MANDATES
 
Registry of motor vehicle runner service is still suspended until further notice. We will continue to provide you with the necessary paperwork that you can take to the RMV yourself (by appointment only)
​and please note the Leominster RMV is still closed.

​We are pleased to announce that our Insurance Companies are providing account discounts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read below and visit the company’s websites for more information.

Arbella Insurance Give Back Program
This new program will provide premium relief to our personal auto policyholders in the form of a credit on your billing statement. Subject to regulatory approval. Arbella’s personal auto customers will receive a credit equal to 20% of their auto premium for three months – April, May and June 2020, you do not need to take any action to receive the credit. If the policyholder has paid in full, you will be mailed a check. The policyholder must be an active customer at the time the refund is issued.
 
Safety Insurance Manage Life Storms
As part of their commitment to help our customers navigate these difficult times, Safety has announced a 15% Safety Personal Auto Relief Credit. Pending regulatory approval, any personal auto policyholder that has a policy in effect as of April 1, 2020 will receive the credit off their premium for the months of April and May. To be eligible, you must have made at least one payment on your policy and maintain continuous coverage. The credits will be applied automatically and if you have already paid in full, you will receive a refund for the amount of the credit.
 
Commerce/MAPFRE Insurance Staying Home Refund
The MAPFRE Insurance Staying Home Refund, subject to regulatory approval, will provide 15%, credit to our voluntary personal auto policyholders for April and May. They’re working hard to finalize refund distribution details. No action is required on the part of our policyholders. Customers who have paid in full will receive a refund within the next 60 days.
 
Progressive Apron Relief Program
If you have an active personal auto policy at the end of April, you’ll receive a credit for 20% of your April premium. They will offer the same 20% credit to active personal auto customers at the end of May and they may offer additional credits in the upcoming months. There’s nothing you need to do. They will automatically calculate your credit at the end of each month, and then you’ll see it reflected in your account within a few weeks. If you have a balance on your policy, they will apply the credit directly to your remaining balance. If you’re already paid in full, they will return the money to the payment account they have on file—so please make sure your payment details are up to date. This credit is subject to approval by state regulators.
 
Norfolk & Dedham Group
The N&D® Group will be returning premium to Massachusetts drivers. As a reward for helping to keep the communities in which we live and work safe, The N&D Group will be refunding 20% of all Private Passenger Auto premiums from April and May to automobile policyholders.

We will also be working with a reduced staff & hours
9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

As we continue to monitor the news from the CDC and government regarding COVID-19, we have decided it is necessary to restrict office visits. If you feel that you need to come into the office, please give us a call to discuss and if necessary, we will set up a time that is convenient. 
 
We have suspended registry of motor vehicle runner service until further notice. We will continue to provide you with the necessary paperwork that you can take to the RMV yourself and there will still be some transactions we will process in house as long as you call ahead. Please note the Leominster RMV is closed until further notice, Worcester is the closest one open and by appointment only.
 
Cash payments will be suspended at this time. Please call us or the company if you need alternate payment methods.
