Phil Pizziconi Philip Pizziconi started is own insurance agency in 1965 in Leominster. He owned and managed this successful agency for 32 years. In 1997 Phil joined DeCarolis Insurance Agency. With his prior insurance experience, Phil is a wonderful resource for insurance questions and as well as being our Registry of Motor vehicles expert. Phil enjoys golfing, Cleveland Browns and spending time with family.
